Way Foundation is a registered NGO that has been serving the community since 2010. Our mission is to provide care, support, and dignity to seniors, enabling them to live their golden years with purpose and joy.
Our flagship project, Ajay Elders Home, was established in 2013 to provide residential care and support to seniors. Our home is staffed by a team of 15 caregivers who have completed a 2-year diploma in nursing assistant course and ANM course. We also have a team of support staff who manage daily tasks such as cooking, housekeeping, and laundry. Currently, we have 50 residents at our home, ranging in age from 60 to 104 years old.
We provide a range of services, including geriatric care, palliative care, bedridden care, and healthcare services such as wound dressing, nebulization, and oxygen therapy. Our home is equipped with modern facilities, including a lift and generator backup. We are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
